Fees
In establishing the fees, Stegaroiu&associates promotes, in agreement with the criteria set in the advocates law, the principle of direct negotiation, principle that is based on the following guidelines:
- The level of professional formation and specialization of the lawyers to be involved in the cause
- Cooperation with experts or other specialists, imposed by the nature, the object, the complexity and the difficulty of the case
- The time and work volume necessary for the fulfillment of the received mandate or activity requested by the client.
The types of fees are flexible and try to match the clients' financial possibilities. These are the following:
- Fixed fee
- Per hour rate
- Success fee
- Combinations of the above-mentioned methods.
