STEGĂROIU & partners - Law firm
was founded by three lawyers with a wide professional experience in the field of litigations as well as that of business consultancy. We have contributed to the development of some of the county's most successful business companies, through the legal consultancy provided by our lawyers or through guarding our clients' interest in negotiations, and when there is no other alternative, in courts of law.

The experience gathered and the logistical databases built by the firm's founders during their previous activity have managed to become a unitary whole, the new team having the capacity to treat the legal issues of its clients responsibly and with great professionalism, even in the areas of law which require a high degree of specialization and domain-specific knowledge, as well as issues that require a great volume of work.
The interest of the members as well as their activity regard the classical domains and subdomains of the law as well as the new issues and subdomains of the law, which appeared in the context of the modern society and of an ever-changing legislation.
Mirela Stegăroiu - Lawyer
The lawyer, founding partner at STEGAROIU & partners general partnership, coordinates the professional activity of the firm in the following areas:
- Property law
- Family law
- Civil law areas (property right and other real rights, successions, contracts)
- Negotiations and mediation
- Consultancy for permanent clients.
Apart from gathering legal experience starting with the period of practice at University, she also benefited from a more recent formation as a mediator (in 2005 she took a course on mediator formation and was certified by the US Embassy in Bucharest and by the Romanian Ministry of Justice). She successfully contributes to the fulfillment of the clients' interests by amiable way through negotiations and, when reaching an understanding is impossible, through court representation.
The formation as a mediator valuing her activity as a lawyer, carried out during negotiations and conciliation procedures, representation in non-contentious procedures.
Apart from the professional areas she coordinates, she also carries out other professional activities within the firm, in different sub domains of law.
Dan C. Stegăroiu - Lawyer
Lawyer, founding partner of STEGAROIU & partners he coordinates the professional activity of the firm in the following areas:
- Labour law
- Real-estate restitution, domain-specific legislation
- Company and corporate law, the integrated organizational and managerial development of companies
- Judicial restructuring and bankruptcy
- Drafting demands to the European Court of Human Rights, representation before the Constitutional Court and the High Court of Cassation and Justice
Benefiting from legal experience since young age, from within the family and of an experience of the associated areas : sociology, economy, management and working as a university Professor within Babes Bolyai University in Cluj, he also successfully manages the organizational coordination of the firm at a structural level.
His experience in the area of organizational and human resources management puts forward his interest for labour law and for company and corporate law, contributing to the creation of revelant organizational structures for the permanent corporate clients, structures which were built and function based on the necessary legal documents.

Călin V. Stegăroiu - Lawyer
Lawyer, founding partner of STEGAROIU & partners, coordinates the professional activity of the firm in the following areas:

- Criminal Law (economic offences)
Apart from gathering legal experience starting with the period of practice at University, he also benefited from a more recent formation as a practitioner in restructuring and bankruptcy (member of the National Association of Restructuring and Liquidation Practitioners UNPRL), he successfully contributes to the fulfillment of the clients' interests by litigation as well as in the case of amiable dissolution of companies, member withdrawals, but also in defending the clients' interests before the public authorities.
Apart from the professional areas he coordinates, he also carries out other professional activities within the firm, in different subdomains of law.
